I had a lice infestation in my house and was calling about the name of a prescription medicine. I had originally talked to Carnes Crossroads, they said they would order it for me, but when I called back they transferred me downtown. I talked to a receptionist named Kathryn (not sure on the spelling) and she was talking to me like I didn’t know what I was talking about.
