So sad the person answering the phone Cali if I'm remembering correctly she is so rude to patients on the phone. Ma'am we have choices and your place of business is not going to be one we visit.
Dr. Cooler made my daughter’s surgery, hospitalization and recovery at home so much easier and less stressful because of how responsive he is on the portal. He always responded to portal messages in a timely manner including once we were home with all the blood tests and CT scans that had to continue. Thankful that he was our daughter’s surgeon for immediate surgery that was needed!
