I can not express how great this facility is. The residents and fellows along with the doctors are all top notch. The nurses, techs, and other staff. Care about people. If you read a bad review it’s more than likely because they didn’t get the result they were looking for. They are Miracle Workers but not God, They will do everything they can to take care of you! This is a brilliant place !!! Recommend 💯

Worst hospital staff I’ve ever encountered. Lady at reception would barely look up from her computer to take my partners information upon arrival. Nurse would not listen to me about his medical history and kept asking him when it was very clear that he was having trouble communicating with her. We waited 6 hours without seeing a single doctor while only being treated by lab techs and a 2 minute telehealth visit. I was recently treated in this ER and it was an experience that ranged from exceptional to mediocre depending on provider. The first person I dealt with, a nurse/registrar, was very uncommunicative and a bit gruff in her initial handling of me. Not a great start. I then had an interview with another nurse, very pleasant and a third video consult with a provider who was going to order testing for when I was finally brought back on to the ED.
