Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted this practice simply to schedule a routine appointment for my adult daughter and was refused because I was the one coming to schedule it. I was not requesting access to medical records, test results, or any protected information—only trying to arrange an appointment. I have scheduled appointments for my daughter at many other medical offices without issue, so this felt unreasonable and unnecessarily obstructive.
