Jennifer was very patient with my husband who is a stroke survivor.
Sleep studies are genuinely exhausting and rough. However, the tech makes all the difference in the experience. My first sleep study was, shall we say, clinical. My experience at MUSC with Jennifer was much warmer and interactive. Jennifer did a great job employing everything and was very personable and kind. I'd highly recommend this location and, in particular, Jennifer. Make sure you take good care of her and keep her here. Thanks Jen!
The room was comfortable. My Nurse/ technician Jennifer was wonderful. She was kind and patient. She explained everything she was doing and took time to answer all my questions.
The facility was clean with everything one needed for the evening. All the staff was courteous and made one feel comfortable. Pam Lewis was my sleep specialist for the evening. She was personable and made sure that I understood what was going to happen and why. She made sure I knew how to manage the machine, fit the mask and clean and maintain it over time. Thanks to her it turned into a pleasant experience. Thank you Pam.
