I had to go back to MUSC Hollings to have the biopsies they recommended. They recommended ultrasound guided and stereotactic guided biopsies. The stereotactic guided was extremely painful worse than childbirth. You feel your insides being ripped out over and over again and then they only allow you to take Tylenol which does nothing. They use a huge needle around 8Gauge with a vaccuum system that is very powerful. You will be in screaming crying pain both during the procedure and after. You will bleed a lot.
