I've been a patient of Tracy Caldwell and have encountered a lot of difficulties in getting prescription refills. It's now been 3 weeks since I requested a refill with no success. I've messaged nurses and her directly and still no rx written. I even paid for another appointment at which she said it would be taken care of, and still nothing. Would not recommend.
I love working with Dana McAfee. She listens to me and is very smart abd knowledgeable. Scheduling has always been very easy and prompt. Dana has always recommended great referral partners as well. Thank you for being great.
Dr. McAfee and her team always deliver top notch care and work to see patients as quickly as possible. Their office is easy to access and in a very convenient and peaceful location.
I have never written a negative review of a medical practice til today but I am appalled at how I have been treated. Called as new patient and was given Jodi the PA, all well and good. The first available appointment was over 6 months out, all good. One month prior, they call to cancel that appt and I’m told to schedule with Dr Jackson. I would definitely avoid this office. I went for a primary care visit/physical in March and they charged me for a dental visit. I also was told I had to go to a specific place to get the blood drawn which was charging me way more than what my insurance says should be the case. I spent a significant amount of time on the phone between this office, musc billing, and my health insurance company. It took a long time to get it fixed and in the mean time they canceled the order for my blood work so I was unable to finish my physic... read more
