I called to reschedule my appointment, but the voicemail said the office was closed. My appointment was at 8:00 AM. Considering how heavy traffic is in Charleston—especially heading toward Mount Pleasant at that time—I would have appreciated clearer communication. I value my time and resources, and it’s frustrating to potentially waste both making the trip unnecessarily.
It takes some time to get a new patient appointment I agree but once in the system it is very easy to schedule and communicate with my doctor. Dr Ferguson is fantastic! She is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Always makes you feel safe and heard.
