I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience at this primary care office. From the moment I first walked in, the customer service has been poor. The staff shows little empathy or concern, and they are often dismissive instead of offering real solutions. Dr. Cecelia Baskett is one in a million! Kind, smart, caring, and knowledgeable. Every single staff member in the office reflected that same level of patient care. I couldn’t recommend this practice or Dr. Baskett more highly.

Hey ya’ll, I cannot say enough about the quality of care I receive here. Amber is one of the best nurses I have ever worked with. She communicates so fast and advocates for me at every turn. Dr. Kilgore actually listens. She sits with you and not only makes sure she understands but does whatever she can to help you understand what you need.
