I requested my medication refill over a week ago, and the doctor still has not sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I’ve been out and I fear this is negligence. Not to mention being called the b-word while I was in an exam room because they thought I hadn’t been brought back yet.
The nurse was very rude, she tested me for Covid and she was very rough with checking me
