**Names excluded for privacy The provider and front office staff at this location are fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive from MUSC Bowman.
I went there today with head and chest congestion hoping I could see the doctor and get something to help with the congestion. There was one car in the parking lot and no one in the waiting room but was told they couldn't see me because there were no open slots for new patients. Seems they are more about the process than they are about the patient.
If I could leave no stars I would! Lisa put me on two different medications that “weren’t supposed to be stopped immediately”. Took the medications for over 3 months, then Jessica,CMA left from the office. After that I called every week for a span of 3 months to get these prescriptions and they would never fill them. Went there today face to face, and she says it’s time for a visit, so why not tell your patient that BEFORE the meds run out?? Worst PA I’ve seen ever!
