I had my first visit this week and was extremely impressed by my overall experience. My doctor spent way more time with me than I expected, and I genuinely felt he cared about working with me to improve my overall health. Most physicians seem to be rushed and don't take the time to help come up with an attainable game plan, so it was such a breath of fresh air. The front desk was great as well.
I have had abnormal test results for a week now and despite messaging and calling the office no one has gotten in touch with me. I was also told I would have 2 referrals by now and Megan Fulton has completely failed me. The level of ‘care’ here is non existent. If you want to be treated with respect go elsewhere. Disgusting.
My wife has mobility issues and called the office to renew her prescription. Contacting CVS by phone is near impossible, so I drove to the pharmacy the next day to find that they never received communication from the office, and now it’s Saturday. I’ll be at the Dr’s office early Monday morning to get the old prescription pad renewal when they open.
When MUSC says it’s “changing what’s possible”, they mean changing how long they can possibly keep you on hold. I waited 20 minutes to speak with someone. Once we were finally connected and I had verified all of my contact info, including my phone number, we got disconnected and I never received a call back so I had to do it all over again. Why verify my contact information if you don’t even use it????????
Great experience! Very professional staff and Dr. Stem spent so much time with me!
