Unacceptable practices here.
I had my first visit this week and was extremely impressed by my overall experience. My doctor spent way more time with me than I expected, and I genuinely felt he cared about working with me to improve my overall health. Most physicians seem to be rushed and don't take the time to help come up with an attainable game plan, so it was such a breath of fresh air. The front desk was great as well.
I have had abnormal test results for a week now and despite messaging and calling the office no one has gotten in touch with me. I was also told I would have 2 referrals by now and Megan Fulton has completely failed me. The level of ‘care’ here is non existent. If you want to be treated with respect go elsewhere. Disgusting.
My wife has mobility issues and called the office to renew her prescription. Contacting CVS by phone is near impossible, so I drove to the pharmacy the next day to find that they never received communication from the office, and now it’s Saturday. I’ll be at the Dr’s office early Monday morning to get the old prescription pad renewal when they open.
