This office doesn't respect it's patients time. A scheduled appointment is guidelines. Apparently waiting 1 hour and 45 is acceptable. Please be aware. They won't keep you informed, just that you are next in line. Somehow the office staff were not surprised when we asked for a copay refund. I wonder how many patients are treated this way? Can your patients show up two hours later for their appointment and still be seen? Respect goes both ways.
My mom went here they gave her the wrong medicine not once but TWICE , she just had a seizure due to the wrong medicine being gave . we will be suing !
RUDE STAFF AND DOC DOESNT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS!
Worst doctor office I have been too getting help there is like finding a needle in a haystack.... After realizing it was a lot of miscommunication and I must retract my previous statement and issue a apology definitely can say thier one of the best in the medical profession
