I'm highly disappointed in this facility's motivations and level of care. Someone close to me called this facility with active ideations of self harm looking for help, and was turned away due to not having active insurance in this moment. I've been to a few inpatient treatment facilities in my life to help me get back on track with my mental health. As far as I'm concerned this is the best one I've been to. Nearly all the staff were very kind, compassionate and empathetic. The food was even good. The care I received helped me greatly. But I can't give 5 stars.
