The office staff have been wonderful to us, Dr Lone is thorough and informative. The wait time varies, I have had to wait quite a while and at times we are in and out.
I would leave no stars due to the office staffing putting patients health in danger by not answering a phone or returning phone calls. My mama has been out of her medicine for weeks and she has called this office continuously and they refuse to call her back. So, evidently no humans work at this office since no one has answered the phone now for almost 3 years.
Im giving it 3 stars just because of the time it has taken to see the Dr. My appointment was at 9:30 am it is now 10:30 am. Still waiting.. I know it is a common practice that Dr.offices to over schedule appointments. My time is also valuable . Perhaps if we could send them a bill for our time this common practice would cease. $$$$ Now for the good. The staff and Dr's are great, and they do care about your condition and strive to help you.
