Staff is professional with a touch from home. Excellent
Family member was admitted, had a gastric related surgery. Was released in 2 days or so and had to be rushed back in ambulance. During that return visit, nurses allowed the family member to lie in bed for 5 hours with no pain meds while coming in every hour to say they would be back. Meanwhile this patient has more than 50 staples in their gut and no one cares enough to continually help manage the pain.
