I went to Dr. Mack or Pack office. Whatever his name is....the Most incompetent set of people I've ever witnessed. I went on 3 different occasions to be told the same thing to no avail. 🚮🗑 Would not recommend. Nobody knows what they're doing.

Dr Dersch and nurse Sylvia were so amazing. Being taken care of by them at my last hospital stay was top notch. Both were caring and attentive and made sure that I understood what was going on and Dr Dersch made sure I didn't leave confused like I did the 2 times before. I am so grateful there's still good people out there that actually care because there's so many people that work in healcare that could really give a care less. Thank you both again for making me feel like I mattered

Awful experience at this location, will not waste my time here again - wait longer than an hour for an appointment that confirmed and signed into early . Post surgery appointment should have been easier. My doctor said I would not have to travel as far . It was worth not coming here . Will not return to Florence location !

My dad was sent here after a heart catheter and the doctors saved his life. After 11 or 12 days he was ready for open heart surgery. He is still in the hospital their and the nurses and doctors he has had are amazing. They let me stay with my dad and didn't try to run me off like other hospitals have.
