Very concerned about my teenage daughter seeing Dr Messer. Asking for a serious malpractice lawsuit, please choose another ER for your family's safety and health. She has multiple health conditions including a heart condition, he never even listened with a stethoscope and told her she was fine. Never asked for medical history, medications or allergies. Her bloodwork was abnormal and he called it normal and fine. We asked for another doctor and he was the only one working in the ER. Left with my daughter in tears to go to ano... read more
When I came in, the staff were helpful and the doctor was attentive to my needs. I didn’t have a long wait and they explained everything to me thoroughly
I never thought I would say an ER visit would be a great experience, but this one actually was. From the very start, Keisha was super helpful and friendly at check in. My nurse Jill was awesome, compassionate and very thorough. I’ve always been told I am a difficult stick for blood draws. Jill got it on the first stick with minimal pain. Louis the NP was very kind and wonderful. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. Brayden stopped by just to check on me and see if I needed anything. EDIT- this is the next day from writing this review, i ended up having to go back and be admitted because the issue was persistent. they took great care of me, and my nurses (Iyonna and Diamund) were very sweet and kind. they did not rush me out and let me know that if i didn’t feel ready for discharge, they would monitor the issue further. if I ever find myself needing to go to the hospital again it will definitely be this one.
