This place sucks. I’ve waited for almost 2 hours before anyone came back to the room. Dr Robison peaked his head in for literally 10 seconds and said I’ll be back. Yet still waiting for anything to happen. Everyone in the er have been complaining about their service tonight. If you actually want answers go to Lancaster.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Rachel Graves, she is absolutely an amazing doctor! She answered all my questions and explained everything that is going on with me and I couldn’t be more pleased. She not only has an amazing bedside manner but she genuinely has a heart for people/patients! MUSC definitely needs more doctors like her. She even went out of her way to make sure my daughter understood what was going on with me! Dr Robinson and my nurses was 10/10 , quick, they're awesome .
I have been living in the Chester area for approximately 5 years now and every time I've been to the emergency room here I have been treated with dignity and the wait time was very short and received excellent care
I did not receive the treatment I needed. The doctor was not concerned with my health and did not do proper tests or examination to even try to help me. This visit will probably cost me a $1000 for nothing. There is no sense going to this hospital. I recommend utilizing other hospitals in area because the doctors don't care and you'll end up in Lancaster or Rock Hill anyhow.
