Based on our experience with our 13-month-old, I would not recommend this location for babies or toddlers. The staff appeared uncomfortable and inexperienced with handling blood draws for this age group. When I expressed my concerns and asked if they were capable of handling babies, they assured me they were. Unfortunately, they tried to draw blood from both arms but were unsuccessful. Had good experiences here over the past 5 years. Fast and personable staff. But I learned one thing to avoid—Monday and Tuesday mornings. The lab tends to be very busy then. Go other mornings!
Every time you get blood drawn you are flipping a coin to determine if your labs will be free or $1000. Just go to labcorp don’t know why billing can’t get it right and why it takes 10 phone calls to get obvious mistakes changed.
Do expensive! Go to Labcorp or somewhere else! 1500$ for my routine labs?? I have good insurance. MUSC messes up their billing so much and I even work here..
