Very clean and spacious with very short waiting periods.
the lab was short staffed the day i went, but i only waited about 15 minutes to be seen. the phlebotomist was so efficient and kind throughout the entire process. the front office staff was awesome as well, informing me of wait times when I specified why I was there.
Hours of operation said it closed at 2:30. I showed up at 2:10 and they told me the lab was closed because they close early on “Friday” then proceeded to tell me they closed at 2:15 on Fridays. I said it wasn’t 2:15 yet… but there was no one there. Couldn’t get my blood work done
Called a day prior to enquire if they did walk ins or If I needed to book an appointment, confirmed they did walk ins. Arrived for a walk in and told I needed to be a patient already at MUSC in order to the lab work done. No mention of being a prior patient when speaking to them on the phone, spoke to management to ensure staff are informed to asked the question "are you a prior patient" when receiving enquiries about health care in their clinic.
