I have been here multiple times for myself, my children or my husband. Every time we have been treated with the utmost respect and urgency (keep in mind YOU are not the only one there receiving treatment & it can be hard to figure out the best way to treat everyone. give them time too) My 5 year old daughter and I left the hospital last night laughing, smiling and feeling better than when we came. This place is awful. Went to ER with terrible stomach pain. They told me they didn’t know and go somewhere else! (I did). But then they sent me a bill for $1500. How many professions get paid for nothing? Would you pay a mechanic? AC repairman? I think the charge after doing NOTHING is ridiculous. Go somewhere else if you’re ill.

I had went into the outpatient today fir a MRI after completing it the nurse and I was walking towards the exit door and I fell. Falling onto my knees. The nurse was so helpful and wanted to help me anyway she could. I just wanted to thank her again. She even offered a wheelchair and take me to the ER. I declined but probably should have went. I can hardly walk right now. Thanks again.

The receptionists here clearly needs to have better training on how to deal with those that comes into the ER as well as over the phone. I came in due to a sinus infection and when I informed the lady at the front that this is a self pay, she begin to rush my intake, treated me as if I’m someone who couldn’t afford to pay in cash and everything began to be unprofessional from that point with the lady. The dr last night was so rude I feel like his dismissed me and didn’t really look at what was wrong if I could give zero stars I would The male Dr was rude nurses were really nice and understanding!
