Do NOT schedule an appointment with Timothy Lukenbill. He will not even have the common decency to step into the room during your visit. But he sure as hell will charge your insurance like he did.
Pathetic. Open until 10 PM *allegedly* and we arrive at 8:12 with our four year-old daughter to get an x-ray on a possible sprain fracture or break and they can’t see us. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. In the medical field and the least accommodating. Clearly we would rather attempt this first rather than spend all night at ER. But sadly we were shunned away. Despicable.
we live 2 hours away and came here once a month ago and came here again last week. each time it’s been amazing the nurses and doctors in the back have all been great. it is tough when you live far out cause some of the appointments are early in the morning but it’s way better because all the children specialists are here; think the best of the best. the computerized check in is super high tech compared to where we live. they really do their best to make your child have the best experience and that’s great
Unprofessional and rude nurse one specific nurse just rude to the children !
