I think the doctor and PA are wonderful but the scheduling sucks. Daughter needed to get in with the doctor but they always try to get you to do a virtual visit and that doesn't work for us. Then when finally make a visit the office calls you to reschedule months later and has no openings for 5 months.
Poor customer service…again and again. Always a problem with MUSC whichever location we go to.
