Receptionist was very upbeat and friendly, all personnel were cordial and very good at their individual tasks. Very happy with overall experience
There is a communication breakdown with this team. This team canceled a heart monitor appointment with me because it was piggybacking a procedure that I didnt need any longer, but I called and asked if I still needed the monitor. I track the messages in my chart, but it ended at that phone call. No one reached back out. I called yesterday with an issue and asked what I should do. Very impressed with this dr. He did some heart procedures for my mom and we never felt rushed. He has a calming demeanor and explains everything thoroughly and listens.
Great experience. He explained everything and never assumed I knew the terms he was using. He asked if I was familiar with the term and explained those completely that I was not familiar with. I wish I could give him more stars!
