MUS went above and beyond, ensuring we got the most for our claim, things we didn't expect at all. Looks like a brand new house and is protected from the elements. They also do things the right way, up to code and beyond. Don't just trust anybody to work on your house, trust someone with the skills, experience and knowledge of the weather, code, insurance etc. you will not be disappointed.
This was one of the most stressful contractor experiences I’ve ever had. MUS Roofing might show up fast to get the job, but after that—it’s excuses, delays, and no accountability. Do not trust MUS Roofing. I completed work for them in good faith, and they have failed to pay me for services already rendered. Despite multiple follow-ups, they’ve ignored or delayed communication and still haven’t made things right. This kind of behavior is unethical and unprofessional. If this is how they treat the people who work for them, I’d be concerned about how they treat their customers too. Be warned.
Very disappointed in MUS Roofing. As a homeowner, I trusted them to handle my roof professionally. Not only were there delays and poor communication, but I later found out they didn’t even pay some of the workers who completed the job. That’s completely unacceptable. MUS Roofing completed my roof, chimney, skylights and interior ceiling with amazing craftsmanship, with the project completed in 2 days. Glenn Larson did all the interface with the insurance and after multiple appeals and the coverage for the damage was approved. He was persistent with follow up and managing the work. They went above and beyond expectations to get the coverage approved and did professional work. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
