I’ve lived here full-time for over six years and am happy here. The complex is well-run with reasonable HOA fees. Pool and grounds are beautifully maintained, and there’s a nice gym with sauna. Office always responds to our needs. I appreciate that they have safety standards to prevent fires from old unsafe heat lamps or floods from old water heaters bursting. My wife and I were interviewed by two board members. We were excited to have passed the "audition". Then we moved in. The property manager is mean spirited and aloof. She harassed us for windows she said were cracked that were not. They required us to replace our water heater and heat lamp. They harassed handyman who were doing minor repairs for us. I was excited about using the wood shop here: someone threw away some sitka spruce I waited months for, another time threw away some lumber I was using for a book case. Nobody of... read more
