I’ve lived here full-time for over six years and am happy here. The complex is well-run with reasonable HOA fees. Pool and grounds are beautifully maintained, and there’s a nice gym with sauna. Office always responds to our needs. I appreciate that they have safety standards to prevent fires from old unsafe heat lamps or floods from old water heaters bursting.
