Dr Evan was fantastic. My two children had never been two a dentist, other than the dental van, and he explained the whole procedure and reassured them along the way. He was very calm and really put them at ease. My daughter requires follow up treatment which Dr Evan explained everything that would happen and made sure she was comfortable before we left the clinic. Dr Richard and his assistant were very kind, professional and very caring. They made me feel relaxed the minute I sat in the chair. Dr Richard explained to me step by step what the procedure would be. I highly recommend this centre. The centre is very clean and modest. Thank you kindly.
Dr Cynthia, the assistants and Kelly are excellent to deal with, I didn’t like going to the dentist previously. But the treatment and care that they give is absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much. Instead of putting dentists off, This will now be a regular thing for me.
Dr Evan Gai was amazing. I've never had dental work done in 41yrs. I needed a wisdom and molar extraction done. Quite a complex impacted wisdom. Been dreading for years. He was professional and very supportive and understanding of what I needed. The procedure was much less traumatic that I expected. They stopped and made sure I was fine at every stage. I would highly recommend Dr Evan Gai and the entire team at Murrumba Downs Family Dental, I'll definitely be using these guys going forward. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I came in feeling really anxious and self-conscious, but as soon as I sat in the chair, Dr Richard instantly made me feel safe and understood.
