I’m not sure why is there 5 star reviews when on google there is a one start review and I would totally agree with google not with Facebook reviews. This VA is the worst till the minute you walk in, to scheduling, and calling. I hate to call to keep up with my medical because they take a long time to answer even though you go to the clinic and there is no one and she is not on calls. Here for a Hep B vaccination and been wait here for over 2 hours!!! Not good for someone with PTSD! Been angry for the last hour! Never waited this long for this clinic! Need to go to Oceanside VA clinic!
I get some really great care here and have an excellent doctor and nurses. Never had any problems they couldn't address at this clinic. Outside of appointments, I can communicate with my doc through eBenefits and the responses are always timely and positive.
