This company did not bill my insurance correctly. When I called to have the bill resubmitted correctly they refused to speak with me and their employee laughed me and my insurance off. It doesn't matter how good the doctor or facility was. They are a rip off and have made my life miserable with their billing departments lousy service. I will never go back to them and I hope no one is fooled into using them again.
Dr Sial saw my husband for the first time today. He was RUDE from the outset. He had no time to actually examine him after taking a phone call, and gave him the "Bum's Rush" to get rid of him. Upon my husband's insistence that he answer a few questions about his health, the doc told him to see another physician. Dr. Sial, a disgrace to the profession.
Always a great experience with Dr. Sial and his staff. In fact, the practice is so busy that three additional offices have opened to accommodate patients' needs. The Murrieta office listed here was closed several months ago, but the phone number is still good...so you can get the other nearby locations.
From booking my appointment to quickly being taken in a room to seeing the doctor. What an amazing experience. I didn't feel like just another patient. I was fortunate to find a doctor that truly cares about my health. The staff were friendly and answered my questions. Thank you Dr. Sial and staff!!!
