This place was really amazing when I started out. If you have health problems, you definitely don't want this place. But mostly, stop telling patients with rare diseases that result in severe daily chronic pain, that they need therapy whwn they're suffering, especially when lack 9f medical care is the root issue. Even if therapy is appropriate, at least find a therapist that is experienced with severe chronic pain. I would give my doctor, Dr. Dzenan Lulic, 5 stars. My review is solely about the office staff and their practices. I've been on medications for various health issues for years and most of them do NOT require a visit to get a refill. This office doesn't care what the meds are, they ALWAYS require a visit in order to get a refill. Getting a referral to a specialist is also a lengthy process that usually requires multiple phone calls to their "referrals department" to get it done. I initially shared my disappointment after my parents’ appointment was cancelled without timely notice. My parents had flown in from outside the Country specially for this appointment , which required significant planning and expenses on our part. I had also requested time off from work, so the last minute cancellation without reasonable notice or alternative options was very inconvenient and frustrating. I am not even sure where as to begin this review. I like to be honest and fair. I was recommended to this clinic after joining IEHP..after moving from San Diego County.I’m older and disabled, was in the process of surgeries, have been on pain meds over 3 years, nothing to harsh tramadol low dosage.
