First time patient and this has been one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I’ve had. Yes, we were seen fairly quickly, but the office itself is incredibly disorganized. Staff actually tried to argue with me about my child’s name while looking directly at her insurance card with the correct name on it. I ultimately had to physically go back into the office just to have them correct her name on the lab slips and to pick up a doctor’s note that was promised the day before but never sent. First time I have ever had any health concerns addressed and the only primary care physicians to get me the help I’ve needed for years.
Finally found a clinic that respects my time! I love that I can just text them to schedule an appointment instead of waiting on hold. The staff at Murrieta Primary Care is super responsive and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone with a busy schedule
