extremely unprofessional. I am a caregiver for my brother on IEHP they are the worst. Everything’s a struggle, won’t sign paperwork correctly, terrible at communicating and getting things in in a timely manner. They billed us for an appointment today and then told the dentist they can’t sign a medical clearance form for him because “they haven’t seen him” but in actuality he has seen them twice in the past month! ridiculous
I want to give a huge shout out to Alejandra the office manager on staff! She is truly a life saver and helped me get some test results asap! She was able to work her magic and help me out so quickly/efficiently. She was very understanding and caring. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her! Highly recommend this clinic and can’t wait to return!
Worst place you will ever go to. Terrible staff good luck seeing a doctor. They also will draw your blood LOSE IT and then gaslight you saying it wasn’t them who took it?!?
Over the last few years, the quality of care at this office has significantly declined. It can be extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone to make appointments, even after multiple calls and portal messages. My most recent visit was the final straw. Before the provider entered the room, two staff members were loudly discussing my labs, medications, and personal medical information to each other from a clear distance where I could hear one person near my door and the other further away. Had a scheduled telephone appointment today. I did not receive a call at scheduled time. I thought maybe the provider is running late. I called 11 minutes after my scheduled time to check in with the office, as I thought I was forgotten about. Why did I feel this way? Because I received a text message from the office a few days earlier saying that my original telephone appointment for today is getting rescheduled to another time and another provider which I texted back that it was okay with the change.
