I had a disappointing experience at Murrieta Creek Optometry, primarily due to the unprofessionalism of an employee named Kathy. Her attitude was rude and condescending, making an already frustrating situation even worse. Instead of addressing my concerns with effective and clear communication, she added to the tension rather than helping to resolve it.
