I can't speak highly enough about this office. Dr. Dugan took her time when she was checking my sight so that my prescription was perfect. Kathy, when I said what style of frame I was looking for, was SO helpful and honest. I ended up with frames that are perfect. I got progressive lenses and I'm not sure about them yet. Both Dr. Dugan and Kathy said they can take a bit to get used to. But I know that if I change my mind, they will change the lense. had my first appointment here after driving by a million times and honestly kicking myself i didnt come sooner. the whole staff was super friendly and not pushy at all which i really appreciated. they took their time explaining everything to me even though i asked a bunch of questions. picked out some frames and didnt feel rushed to decide which is rare these days. my new glasses turned out perfect, first time i can actually see clearly when i wear them. already told my sister shes gotta switch over here too. definitely foun... read more
Went again with my wife to collect her reading glasses and decided to order a spare pair for myself. Monica as always made this an enjoyable event and found the perfect pair for me. So now I have reading, computer and everyday glasses and also a pair of prescription Ray-Bans for riding the motorcycle!!! Seems like I like that place a lot!? Great staff and prices and outstanding service

Update: The business reply is to deviate customers, while the comparion was made between expensive City like Irvine( in store experience) with their, all their justification are against online vs them. They are 100% costiler than some of the most expensive cities in usa, please avoid them. This is a review for one of the largest and nicest optometry practices in the area, but my experience was severely tarnished by the manager's attitude and their exorbitant pricing.
