I was terrified of going to the dentist after a bad experience. From the moment I called the office and spoke with Kelly, who was so kind and patient. She answered all of my questions and found me an appointment the same week. Dr Murrer was kind and not judgmental. The dental assistant talked the entire time but that put me at ease. I loved the vibe in the office. I will be going back and I will tell everyone I know about her and her excellent staff.
I believe Dr. Murrer to be extremely thorough. She makes sure to answer any questions you may have and also ask you questions about what treatments you’re looking for. The dental hygienist(s) are also very thorough and kind! No complaints.
There are no words left to explain how well she took care of my dental needs back in the days when I lived in Monroeville. Her assistant Colleen was always nice and professional. The dental hygenist very nice and Dr. Murrer was a great dental experience. Thanks!
I went here the other day... I tell you from experience. .. She is the greatest dentist I ever met....she is super kind.. Knowledgeable. ..caring ... I will from here on ...go to her for all my dentist work....she is great!!!!!!!!! Want a dentist that cares ? This lady is the one..!!! She even called me later to see how I was doing.....her energy is so so phenomenal. ....may God bless her to live forever. .. My dentist from now on.....

I would definitely reccomend Dr. Murrer. I was too afraid to go to the dentist so I went without seeing one for 10 years. I finally decided to go to Dr. Murrer and she wasn't judgmental or lecturing, it just made her want to give me a better experience. I have gotten a bunch of cavities filled there so far. It was practically painless and she was very sensitive about when it did cause my pain. She even wanted to make sure the novocaine needle wouldn't hurt me. I am very glad I went here.
exceptional person/dentist i am not a fan of the dentist because of my bad experiences with them. I had told Stacie this and she was very gentle and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. Also, if you needed to take a breather from the treatment she was giving you, she would give you that break. i can't say enough about her and her staff. for those of you who have had bad experiences with other dentist, she is where you need to be, i've never had such a gentle dentist concerned about you as a person not ... read more
Terrible experience getting a root canal here. Even after three appointments (totaling over 6 hours), the dentist was ineffectual at treating the problem. I had to have her work undone by an endodontist and redone correctly when she should have referred me to a specialist in the first place. She always has a dog around in the office, which bothers my allergies and my hygiene. Nightmare!
