Jim Murrell engaged in a written contract with our company. It was a month-by-month agreement. Our system billed him the same day he signed up and for month 2 thirty days later. The day month 2 was billed, we received a written cancellation from him. He wanted a refund. We explained that he would have had to cancel within the 30 days, not after the fact.
