MURRELLS IS NOT ONLY A FRIENDLY BUSINESS NEIGHBOR OF MINE ON TARGET COURT IN FORT MYERS, BUT THEY ALSO SERVICED MY SAMSUNG FRIDGE THAT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AT MY RESIDENCE. THE TECHNICIAN SAW US THE SAME DAY I CALLED IN, AND THEY ORDERED THE REPLACEMENT BOARD FROM SAMSUNG. THE TECH CAME BACK AND INSTALLED IT THE SAME DAY IT CAME IN VIA FEDEX. HAS BEEN RUNNING JUST FINE EVER SINCE AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MURRELLS FOR YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIR!
Very Slacking I needed to get a dishwasher fixed and requested a quote in writing. This was the 2nd of January! When I called back on the 19th they stated that they were not sure what I wanted. I talked to them and emailed them what was needed on the 2nd and had to resend the email and tell them again what I wanted. The man at the company apologized for the problem and assured me that they would get a quote. At that time they requested that I send them my address so they could get the quote asap. Guess what?
