Every time you turn around there is a price increase. Im wondering why. No upgrades to security ll.. Today it's another issue. My issued gate code doesn't work.Fyi.. Use this place as a last resort..Hell leave ya stuff by the street, at least you can get to it..Hopefully before the thieves do..one star is as low as it goes.

I had excellent service, and the units are in exceptional condition. Sara showed us multiple units in order to find what was best suited for our needs. I would highly recommend Freeup Storage Dahlonega to anyone.
Had a storage unit there for a couple of years now and never had a problem. Top notch.
Not very secure. Gates are closed during the day but always open through the night? When we moved in 11/26 so we had to pay a prorated fee which was fine until we went to move out on 4/3 and they said the don't prorate so I had to pay an entire month for 3 days of usage. I don't find it right to prorate move ins but not move outs.
