I have used the facility twice during moves. The rental process is very efficient and the staff is friendly and Helpful, especially Sara.

I have been very happy with my experience at Free-Up Storage. In particular, Sarah has been very helpful, courteous, and professional.
I have had a storage unit at this place for probably 10 years. I have been through 3-4 new owners and each time someone new buys it the price has increased. So this week I get a strange charge to my bank account for 18.50 granted that's not a lot of money but this is pure purpose and fraud that has taken place. They said that I was charged this because my rental insurance policy wasn't active.
