Reception was unprofessional. Was late 5min due to closed ramp and construction traffic. Waited 4.5 hours to get loaded in 30min. Plus they were on lunch when I arrived!
Receptionist is just rude and horrible arrived on time on lot went to office waited 5 min then she responded you need to park the truck first then came back filled out paperwork then waited another 5 min for her to respond then she she said I’m 20 min late I’m a work in while this whole time she talks down to drivers like we’re a problem
The receptionist who checks truck drivers in is the most hateful spiteful and plain mean lady I have ever seen in my whole life. I can’t believe she hasn’t been fired. The company needs to send an hr representative disguised as a truck driver and see how we are treated
