A professional plumber friend recommended this place. I went in with the model and brand I needed parts for. The guy told me he couldn’t find it, after 2 seconds search I found it on the manufacturers site. He sold me universal parts one of which said explicitly in the directions that the other one he sold me would not work with my brand. Seems like this guy just wants to deal with pros I’ll shop online next time I need something.
