Had my roof done 4 years ago and have had 2 issues with leaks in the last year. Have called and left messages, sent emails and text messages to Reed with no response. Was told I didn’t need a heat chord when the roof was replaced and had an ice dam that caused this latest leak that he told me I didn’t need to worry about anymore when the new roof was installed.
