Great addition to the neighborhood. We were able to walk-in and enjoy the lovely AC indoors. Outside is beautiful but definitely waiting for the weather to change. Service is friendly and attentive without being too attentive when you're enjoying your conversation. Food is exceptional, lovely Caesar salad to share, along with the crudo, and a pizza. I enjoyed the Murray's spritz. Sweet little dinner in a lovely neighborhood restaurant.
I absolutely love the concept of sourdough pizza. Makes me feel less guilty about eating pizza. This is probably why Italians can eat pasta and pizza and still be healthy because becusde of better ingredients. I got the not Hawaiian pizza and the crust was fluffy! We also got the hummus. It was good but I do prefer a lot of garlic mixed in with my hummus. I would come back to try the other pizzas and I just love the healthy concept on top of it tasting good.
I was so excited to try Murray’s Pizza. I couldn’t decide between getting a pizza and the lasagna. The option of getting the lasagna was thrown out of my mind when my server told me that entrees - lasagna and pizza oven chicken were not served during lunch. I ordered the Prosciutto & Burrata pizza, and I absolutely loved it. The ingredients were fresh and the burrata was amazing. I loved the sourdough crust, which I couldn’t have enough of. The pizza is as great, for those familiar with Houston pizza, it's better than Coltivare! Von was an amazing server.
