Spent three years trying to get hearing problems resolved. Am not satisfied the the results. One aid broke as it was being removed. The Audiologist said it appeared a dog had been chewing on it. I inspected the aid under high magnification. There were no markings in it. What I did find was a very thin area in the plastic mold. This is where the aid broke.
