Despite Mr. Murray’s insistence of his value, training, and experience, he lacks business etiquette and knowledge of the North Carolina laws that are in place to ensure fair exchanges in commerce. There appears to be no record that Mr. Murray has an active ASE certification, business registration with the NC Secretary of State, or even a digital footprint in 2023. After such a terrible experience, it appears that many have experienced bait and switch practices with this location over the years. Shame, truly

He does outstanding work, professional, certified mechanic, very reasonable price work. He stands by all his work and very trustworthy. You can’t find a better mechanic around.
