I've lived here for 10 mths now and I really like it. The property is well kept and maintained. Fresh Start Management co is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Keep in mind if you live in an HOA, be prepared to know the rules and follow them. I havent had any issues at all with them. When i was unsure of a rule, I contacted the management to check. Also, the neighborhood is very safe. I highly recommend these condos.
I lived here for 1 year, and I can't say to much because of a settlement agreement through HUD, however the HOA has no respect for people with disabilities, nor do they take LAWS seriously. I would not recommend living here. They will also fine you for everything and anything. They don't have their papers in order, and they won't communicate with you directly.
My husband and I were looking to buy one of the condos towards the end of last year. The HOA ended up denying our ESA letter for our two dogs which I know legally you can’t do when it’s provided by a licensed medical professional, even more so when the woman with the HOA was trying to dig more and more into medical conditions which you also aren’t allowed to do. I have rented two units at Murrayhill Woods. They are older buildings but well maintained. Most residents are friendly. Management has been quick to respond and helpful with any questions or concerns. Community rules seem reasonable and well enforced. I haven't used the amenities. It's generally quiet with the exception of traffic noise near roads. According to local crime statistics, it's one of the safer neighborhoods in Beaverton. The community is nice, the neighborhood is safe, no complaints of the tenants. My only complaint is because of the HOA. I have been fined twice because they did not allow an air conditioning unit that sticks out from the patio sliding glass door. Apparently it's against HOA rules. I got fined $50 twice. At the time my daughter was 1 year old, of course I'm going to have air conditioning on during the summer especially with a 1 year old.
