I did not have a great experience working with Black Creek Legal. I paid $3,700 in fees. I worked with them in the month leading up to my court date. I gave them all documents they requested and didnt hear anything for two weeks. I called multiple times and the front desk told me they would reach back out but did not. That is not true, the attorney knew nothing about what she was doing. She took weeks and didn’t even file an appearance until 2 days before the hearing that is why the other counsel did not receive it because she filed two days prior. I came to you guys 2 months before waiting for you to do your job we paid for and for what? For my attorney to say “she doesn’t know” “ it’s whatever judge” there was no fight and no use of proven information I gave that could protect my special needs sister.
