Murray Window & Door is not a good distributor/rep. for Windows, Doors, and Coverings. Their lack of product knowledge will result in many issues throughout the entire ordering and installation process. The staff has a "can't see it from my house" attitude, with no motivation to respond and resolve any issues the customer may have. Service is months out for even the simplest items, leaving YOU as the facilities technician to complete maintenance and repairs.
