I am very grateful to Brandon Shuman for pointing some details out about our business that were uninsured. I feel that he did us a great service and feel indebted to him for his diligent, thorough assessment of our needs.
We worked with Jill Palmer on the personal side to get homeowners insurance and we were blown away with the great rate and coverage she found for us. She was a breeze to work with when it came to sending the necessary paperwork to our bank for our mortgage. Then, we connected with Nikki Brandt on the business side for workers' comp (a challenging request for a small business like ours). Murray Securus yet again came through for us.
Victor Ramos, HACC Lancaster campus vice president, and I had a very enjoyable and productive early-morning meeting this morning with Rick Rankin, CIC, chairman, president and ceo. Rick and his team, esp. Jeff Gelburd, provide outstanding customer service to our institution. The College is also grateful for their annual support of a scholarship in memory of one of their colleagues.
