Dr Pratt is so caring and knowledgable. Super responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!
Very well run practice. Dr. Murray is great at what he does. I also appreciate the culture he's built among his staff, like I don't feel pressured to buy certain products or get extra stuff. They're just there to help you see better. Refreshing to see a group of people who care intrinsically about who you are instead of milking your insurance company and wallet for everything you've got. 11/10 would recommend.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Pratt and, I was simply blown by his bedside manner, skills and knowledge. I have a very difficult eye history and NO one has made me see as clearly as he has. He thought it would take a couple of visits to get it right but he nailed it on the first visit. I haven't seen this clearly in years!. Such a great optometrist. My son had an eye injury and Dr Pratt saw him right away. He was kind and detailed-oriented.
I have been looking for a new optometrist for about 6 months. First visit with Dr. Pratt was excellent. He was very thorough with my exam and answered my questions, didn't try to push new glasses. His staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. My wife will be changing to Dr. Pratt in the next month.
