Very satisfied with services of the clinic. Firstly, receptionists are very friendly & attentive & they manage the appointments so efficiently. And, then Dr. Malini is the best. She is such a positive soul & provides clear explanation of diagnosis & treatment & supports in the best way as possible. Thank you for looking after me.
I accompanied an elderly gentleman to this clinic after I witnessed him tripping over & falling on his face nearby. He was bleeding from his forehead, nose & knee & I was concerned that he was concussed. After explaining what happened there, I was astounded by the lack of compassion & the fact that the receptionist & doctor did not want to help him, even with an ice pack. I called to see if I could make an appointment for my son's, who had a sore throat and coughing. The reception person who answered, kept insisting on asking me if I had performed a rat test and when and if I had the results etc... She refused to make an appointment and was disgustingly rude! I will NOT ever attend this clinic. Thanks for the lack of care!

This centre might be ok if you just had a sniffle or a small infection and need really basic medical care. For anything ongoing, chronic, or serious I would seriously suggest giving this medical centre a miss. I went to two appointments, one with Dr. Shamila and one with Dr. Mohan. Both times, early in both consults I was told there would not be enough time in the consult to treat me.
