They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really
I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. Unfortunately, this company says they will send claims in for you but if they screw up and they know it they will fall back on that it is a service they provide... read more
