Uncaring and unprofessional workmanship. Never again
Gary and Eric are great guys. Had an exterior water leak and they found the issue and repair was done in no time flat, answered all my questions and were super nice. Filled in the dug hole very nicely and even put out grass seed and straw. Top notch plumbing service. Highly recommended.
Walked off the job and left me with a bigger problem than I originally had. 2/10/25 Response: The cost of additional repairs due to Murray Plumbing Inc.' s negligence was $1,878.83. If Murray Plumbing Inc. is truly sincere in its response, I would like to request reimbursement for this additional cost. If not, it would be appropriate to add "insincere con artist" to this negative review. Listen to the one-star reviews and hire someone else.
If you need a plumber, call this company. Phenomal work done by Nick...he really knows his stuff! Problem solved correctly and efficiently the same day that I scheduled. Dispatch is great as well, asking the proper questions to make sure plumber arrives with the needed knowledge and tools. They even called to let me know the tech was on the way.
