Murray Plumbing saved us! We discovered a flood at our rental property on Saturday morning. Mr. Murray was able to get out to Natchitoches on emergency service and found/fixed the leak. He stayed until 10pm until the job was done. He was very professional and kind! I would 100% use him again!
8/14/25 Sent by warranty company.they sold me an outside the home service they didn't do.also never email receipt .didn't clean up after service had to get partial refund from warranty company and those are the highlights 😑
Excellent service! They replaced my hot water heater and removed the old one in about an hour and a half. The guys were great. Very polite and professional! They also cleaned up the area after they completed their work and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends!
Negative 100 stars. Garbage company. Had a water line leak, the insurance company sent in these fly by night “plumbers”. More like circus carnies. Owner is hostile, a hot head. He will get in your face if you question anything. Slimy business tactics to increase the cost of repairs. I was left with a destroyed driveway and none of them gave any care in the world. horrible, stay away.
Great quality work at a more than fair price.
