Never showed—never called. time range to come -never showed. Reached out to Home Serve to check status-said they’d come by certain time-never showed. Called again and stated they’d call —never did. Three strikes and they’re out. Really? Their lack of communication is a reflection of their lack of professionalism. Cancelled and requested another company who responded immediately.
My hot water heater was leaking and I called my warranty company, HomeServe and they set me up with Murray Plumbing. Once I got the notifications who was coming, I looked them up (never heard of them) and looked at the reviews. Some reviews were not very nice. I messaged them and told them to cancel the service. Terrible experience. Won't EVER use them again. Left crap there and job uncompleted. It's been weeks.
Zac first off super polite and professional. He came into our townhouse after a long day of work (start time of 7am) our house is an hour away from the shop he came at 8pm for our issues! After 2 attempts from other shops/ people he finally solved our backed up sewage . Thank you tremendously to Zac and the Murray team for helping us out! I would recommend them to anyone in need
I’ll stick to the facts: They showed up hours late for a sewer line break, sent by Homeserve. Had no shovels for a dig they stated needed to be done, we provided. Then they had to leave for gas for their gas powered saw, then again for plumbers glue. Left my line uncapped because they forgot that as well. Called to request they come back and put the cap on twice now. Still now cap.
