I came home later in the day to a leak in my bathroom ceiling. They took the time to explain how to stop the water to the bathroom until someone was avail. They also re arranged schedules to get someone to me asap. Bruce was my assigned plumber. He was great, conscientious about clean up and explained everything. He even went the extra mile to remove ceramic tiles without breaking them so they can be re used. The leak turned out to be a larger issue in the wall that required opening the wall.
