I toured the place, seem nice, applied and denied because I smoke nicotine at work. I don't even smoke at home because I have two little children. I explained to them that I only smoke at work and they still denied me. They don't allow residents even if they don't smoke on the premises. Absolutely no guest parking! Apartments are small for the price.
I went for a tour here. Absolutely no respect for the PROSPECTIVE TENANT. This was a self guided tour, so management provided me a code for a lockbox on the door. When I showed up, the door was unlocked. I’ll start with the uninhabitable conditions I saw when I toured the apartment. The AC was set to 68 but the room temperature was 86, and there was barely any water pressure in the shower or kitchen sink. The bathroom was disgusting.
